  • How long are you contracts?
    Hosting Photography plans are month-to-month or yearly. You can cancel at any time and your plan will expire either immediately (if that option chosen) or at the end of the paid term.


  • How do I sign up?
    Simply visit our ordering page and choose the products that you want to order. Once the payment is made you will receive your service welcome emails or a customer care representative will contact you with any further details that you would need to know.


  • Is there a discount for yearly service?
    Yes. We offer 12 months for the price of 10 when paying yearly for any Website Hosting or Managed WordPress plan.


  • Can I switch plans later?
    Yes, upgrading or downgrading is very easy and can be done with a click of a button.


  • Why are your plans not unlimited?
    We like to offer our customers guaranteed resources to do with as they please. If we say 80GB of disk we mean that. Most of the other providers offering unlimited actually have restrictions. We’ve had to save a few photographers in the past who were going to be terminated for using up too much of their “unlimited” resources.


  • Do you offer email accounts?
    Yes. Every hosting plan comes with email (POP/IMAP/SMTP) email as standard.


  • Do you offer discounts for students and charities?
    Yes – please contact us to discuss your needs in more detail.


  • Do you only support the photographer website solutions listed on your website?
    No we support a whole lot more. Our website hosting supports a wide range of scripts and software including e-commerce and other content management systems.


  • Can I host a non-photography related website?
    Yes you can. Our hosting platform is open to everyone not just photographers. We host e-commerce websites selling a wide range of goods, forums with a large user base as well as other types of websites.
