We do not refund the following:
- Account setup fees.
- Domain registration fees.
- Third party design templates purchased from this website.
- Third party software purchased from external website used with Hosting Photography services.
Furthermore, Hosting Photography will not and can not be responsible for any fees that you charge for your services to your customers if you are a reseller.
Our guarantee does not apply to accounts which violate our acceptable use policies, exceed the data transfer limits, domain name registrations, or accounts you have resold.
To cancel your account within 30 days please visit our Client Area and submit a ticket stating you wish to cancel your account. Cancellation will be effective from the date the ticket was submitted.
