When evaluating a hosting company, price is important; however, total value is what I look for with any service I purchase. Hosting Photography is a great value. They're responsive and professional. Most importantly, they're honest. If they have an issue, they'll address it and not make excuses. That's important as hosting is not a perfect science. While rare, outages occur. Most people understand that fact of internet life; however, when it does happen, I want is straight talk and answers.
